What EDLA certification actually buys you
Most Android-based interactive panels run a manufacturer's fork of Android with a bolted-on app store. QOMO's BundleBoard i Series is described as the most comprehensive Google EDLA certified interactive display on the market, and EDLA - Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement - is the thing that separates the two. Adding an interactive classroom response system to the panel
A touch panel is a one-way instrument until somebody adds a way for the room to answer back. An interactive classroom response system - a receiver plus a handheld clicker for every student - is what turns the display into a two-way instrument: the question goes up on the 4K panel, every student answers on their own responder, and the result graph goes up on the same panel seconds later.
