How to Contact Peptide Works

Enquiries to Peptide Works are handled by email, and through the official enquiry channel on the Peptide Works website. Both routes reach the team directly.

We have deliberately not published a support telephone number, a postal address or a messaging handle on this page. None of those are currently published by Peptide Works, and listing a contact route that does not exist is worse than listing none at all — it sends researchers into a channel nobody is monitoring and it delays the answer they actually needed. If and when additional contact routes are published, they will appear here.

The rest of this page is the part that genuinely changes how quickly your question gets resolved: what to include when you write, which details matter for each kind of enquiry, and which questions already have published answers you can check before you send anything.

What to Include in an Enquiry

Most enquiries that take several days to resolve do so for one reason: the first message did not contain enough information to answer, so the exchange becomes a series of clarifying questions rather than an answer. A little detail at the start collapses that entirely.

Whatever your question is about, it helps to include the following where it applies.

Your order reference

Every order generates a confirmation email once checkout is complete. The reference in that email is the fastest way for anyone to locate your order, its payment status, its dispatch status and its tracking. Quoting it removes an entire round trip. If you cannot find the confirmation email, the email address used at checkout is the next best identifier.

The exact product and format

A number of compounds in the catalogue exist in more than one presentation, and several are sold in more than one quantity. "BPC-157" on its own could mean a vial, a capsule presentation or a blend containing it. Naming the product exactly as it appears in the catalogue — including the format and the size you selected — makes the difference between a precise answer and an approximate one.

The batch or lot number, for anything product-specific

If your question concerns documentation, purity, or the material itself, the batch identifier is the single most useful thing you can provide. Certificates of analysis are batch-specific. A question about purity that does not identify a batch can only be answered in general terms, which is rarely what the person asking actually wanted.

What you have already checked

If the tracking has not updated in five days, say so and give the date of the last scan. If a payment has been sent, say which method and when. Telling us what you have already established stops the reply from repeating it back to you as a suggestion.

What you need to happen

An enquiry that ends with a clear request — resend the certificate for this lot, confirm whether this compound is available in this format, advise whether this order can still be amended — is answered faster than one that describes a situation and leaves the action implied.

Order and Payment Enquiries

Orders are placed through the catalogue in the usual way: add the products you need to the cart and complete checkout. A confirmation email follows once the order is placed, and it sets out the payment options available to you.

Payment methods

Peptide Works accepts bank transfer, card payment, and Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Zelle is also available to customers in the United States. To see Zelle at checkout, enter a United States address and select USD as the currency; the option appears once those two conditions are met, and the payment details are supplied after you place the order. The store supports GBP, USD, EUR and CAD.

Two things about payment are worth knowing in advance, because they account for a large share of the enquiries that arrive on this subject. International payments can take two to three days to appear in the account, so a payment that has left your bank may not yet be visible at our end. And receipt of payment is not separately confirmed — the message you receive is the dispatch confirmation, which arrives with your tracking details once the order ships. Silence between those two points is normal rather than a sign that something has gone wrong.

Discount codes

Promotional codes are entered at checkout, in the field labelled Promo Code, before payment is taken. Only one promotional voucher can be applied to an order. If a code has not applied, check that it was entered before the payment step rather than after, and that no other voucher is already attached to the order.

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders move quickly once payment is received, which narrows the window for changes considerably. If you need to amend or cancel, contact us within two hours of purchase and we may be able to help. A full refund is available on cancellation provided the order has not yet been released for shipping — but orders are processed and shipped within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of payment being received, so this genuinely is a matter of acting quickly rather than a formality with a comfortable margin.

If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, that is the single most urgent thing to raise. An order returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an uncollected parcel will be resent, but the additional shipping cost is charged to the customer. Catching the error before dispatch avoids that entirely.

Product and Research Enquiries

Questions about the catalogue itself are welcome, and they are usually the ones best asked before an order rather than after it.

Common product enquiries include availability of a specific compound, which presentations a compound is offered in, whether a particular blend or stack contains the combination you need, what quantity options exist for a given product, and whether documentation for a batch can be provided ahead of purchase. All of these are reasonable, and none of them require a justification.

Certificates of analysis are the most frequent subject in this category. A certificate records the analytical testing carried out on a specific batch, including purity and confirmation of compound identity. If your institution requires batch-level documentation before material can be brought into the laboratory, ask for it and quote the lot number you have been supplied, or the order reference if the material has not yet shipped.

What we will not advise on

There is a category of question we decline, and it is fairer to state it here than to let you discover it in a reply.

Peptide Works supplies research materials. We do not provide dosing information, administration guidance, reconstitution protocols intended for use in humans or animals, treatment suggestions, cycle or protocol design, or any advice that presupposes use outside a laboratory setting. This applies regardless of how a question is framed and regardless of who is asking. It is not a matter of caution about liability; it follows directly from what these products are and the terms under which they are supplied. Researchers working in the field understand the distinction immediately, and a supplier that does not hold that line is telling you something about the seriousness of everything else it claims.

Questions about the material itself — its identity, its documented purity, its storage requirements as a chemical, the contents of a blend, the analytical methods behind a certificate — are entirely legitimate and are answered.

Bulk and Wholesale Enquiries

Wholesale and bulk requirements are handled as their own category of enquiry rather than through the standard catalogue route, because the useful conversation is different.

If you are enquiring about a larger requirement, the details that matter are the compounds involved, the presentation and quantity per unit, the total volume you are considering, whether the requirement is a single purchase or a recurring one, the destination country, and any documentation your institution or importer requires alongside the material. A bulk enquiry that includes those details can be answered substantively in one reply. One that says only that a large quantity is needed cannot.

Be aware that larger orders interact with international shipping in ways that smaller ones do not. Customs treatment, documentation requirements and transit handling all change with consignment size, and the destination country's rules govern what can lawfully be imported. Those considerations are worth raising in the enquiry itself rather than after an order has been placed.

Shipping, Tracking and Delivery Support

Shipping generates more enquiries than any other subject, and a good proportion of them are answered by the published policy. It is worth checking what is already documented before writing.

Orders are dispatched within two to four working days of payment being confirmed. Once an order ships, a tracking number and link are sent by email so the consignment can be followed from depot to depot. Carriers used include Parcel Force and DHL. Standard shipping takes ten to fourteen days for delivery and Premium shipping takes three to five days; tracking is provided on both. Shipping costs vary by destination country and are confirmed at checkout.

International transit is not entirely predictable, and the published policy is straightforward about this. Approximately two to three per cent of orders can be held at customs, and customs procedures differ from country to country. Where Shipping Protection has been taken on an order, delivery is guaranteed: if the order has not been received within twenty-one days from dispatch on Premium Shipping, or twenty-eight days on Tracked Shipping, it is re-sent, and in the event that a re-sent order also fails to arrive, it is refunded.

If you receive correspondence from customs about an order, send us a copy. Where it is possible to help, we will supply the information needed to assist in releasing the shipment. What we cannot do is know the import rules of every destination on your behalf — checking what may lawfully be imported into your country before ordering remains the customer's responsibility, and it is worth doing properly rather than assumed.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Because of the nature of these products, returns are not accepted; material that has left controlled conditions and been handled elsewhere cannot be reintroduced to stock without compromising the integrity of what we supply. Damaged deliveries are a different matter and are dealt with directly. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days and a replacement or full refund will be arranged.

When reporting damage, photographs of the outer packaging and the affected items, taken before anything is unpacked further, make the resolution considerably faster. Include the order reference and, where it is legible, the batch number of the affected item.

Contact and Order FAQs

How do I place an order?

Browse the Peptide Works catalogue, add the products you need to your cart and complete the checkout process. A confirmation email follows once the order is complete, setting out how to make payment.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer, card payment, and Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Zelle is available to customers in the United States, and appears at checkout once a United States address and USD currency are selected.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

No. Only one promotional voucher can be applied per order. Codes are entered in the Promo Code field at checkout, before payment.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us within two hours of purchase and we may be able to assist. Cancellation with a full refund is possible while the order has not yet been released for shipping, but orders are processed and shipped within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of payment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within two to four working days of payment confirmation. Standard shipping then takes ten to fourteen days and Premium shipping three to five days, with tracking provided on both.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number and link are emailed once the order ships, and the carrier updates the tracking as the parcel moves between depots.

What happens if my order is held at customs?

Approximately two to three per cent of orders can be withheld at customs, and procedures differ by country. Send us a copy of any correspondence you receive and we will help where we can. Where Shipping Protection was taken, delivery is guaranteed and the order is re-sent.

What is the returns position?

Returns are not accepted, because these products can degrade if mishandled and their integrity cannot be assured once they have left controlled conditions. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days for a replacement or a full refund.

Can I request a certificate of analysis before ordering?

Yes. Certificates document the analytical testing for a specific batch. Quote the product and, where you have it, the lot number, and the documentation can be provided.

Will you advise on dosing or administration?

No. All products are supplied for laboratory research purposes only, and we do not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use or protocol guidance of any kind. Questions about compound identity, documented purity, storage as a chemical and blend composition are answered.

Where to Look First

Several enquiries are answered faster by a page than by a reply. If your question concerns any of the following, it is worth starting there.

The Peptide Works shop sets out the catalogue by category and format, which answers most availability and presentation questions directly. Our services page covers each product format in detail — vials, pre-mixed solutions, nasal sprays, capsules, blends and stacks, and research accessories — including which compounds are offered in each. The about page explains our approach to purity, independent third-party testing, batch-matched certificates of analysis and storage. Our privacy policy sets out how personal information supplied through the website is handled, and the terms and conditions govern purchase, use and the research-only basis on which these products are supplied.
