Peptide Works will not accept responsibility for any loss caused by a customer not complying with the laws of the country to which products are sent, including but not limited to any breach of customs regulations, hold-ups or seizure of goods.

In the event that a customer receives correspondence from customs regarding an order, Peptide Works will endeavour where possible — and upon receipt of a copy of such correspondence — to assist the customer by supplying relevant information to facilitate the release of the shipment.
