Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of the order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when the order has been dispatched. Fitlab Nutrition reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing, Payment, and Delivery
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Fitlab Nutrition does not retain full payment card details. Pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
Delivery is subject to courier availability and standard processing times. Fitlab Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, customs processing for international orders, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety requirements, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
To initiate a cancellation, contact orders@fitlab-nutrition.com with your order details. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Unless the product is faulty, the customer bears the cost of return postage.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive products that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, notify Fitlab Nutrition within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence where possible to help assess the issue.
